A definite must see, this bright, private and immaculate 2270 sq ft view executive Broadmead townhome has so much to offer the discerning buyer. Situated in a small enclave of luxury homes that rarely come to market, this one owner unit affords the best views of the surrounding area and hills beyond. The spacious main level living floor plan with its huge master bedroom suite, view balcony, living room, dining room, large family room, bright kitchen and private rear patio area could not be better for care free living. Upper floor has a second large bedroom, 4 piece washroom and large loft/office area that could be converted to a bedroom. Features like vaulted ceilings, forced air heating, two gas fireplaces, granite counters, skylights, two gas fireplaces, central vacuum, tons of storage and a two car garage complete the picture. Super friendly strata with low monthly fees is a wonderful bonus.
