Quite possibly the BEST available WATER FRONT CONDO in downtown Victoria. Simply put, this unique, sexy and elegant condo is in the very best location possible. With breathtaking intimate views of the harbour, the city and the Olympic mountains beyond. Victoria's NEW harbour extends from Shoal Pt. all the way around to Victoria Int'l Marina and this location, from above the new blue bridge is at the nexus of everything. Zoned for short term rentals, a high end hotel type experience could easily be offered to travelers, (seller would consider a lucrative lease back.) The future is this is North America's Monaco and this may be your last chance to obtain water front property of this quality at the focal point of Victoria's downtown harbour. Walk home on David Foster Harbour Pathway to entertain on the owners 360 degree roof top deck, where else can you launch your canoe or kayak directly into the ocean from a water level boat locker?!. The pictures say the rest! Must be seen.

He still enjoys teaching languages, chess, and tennis, but most of his efforts are spent on teaching his kids, but he has taught (and will in the future) volunteer chess classes at Oaklands.
