He is also in the Victoria Real Estate Board’s MLS Awards’ Club as a multiple Gold Award winner, and in 2015, Mike was awarded the prestigious MLS Special Gold Award for his high standard of excellence throughout his career. 

Being born and raised in Victoria has given Mike a vast knowledge base to educate his clients on the historical market growth and on today’s current demographics. Mike’s experience in and knowledge of depreciation reports, strata bylaws, regulations, strata plans and fees, engineer’s reports, and remediation and special assessments comes from his extensive portfolio of business and in-depth studies of hundreds of strata buildings in the city. 

Mike and his family have a big love for the island and the outdoors, and, when Mike isn’t working, you can find them on the slopes, golfing, camping, or exploring the many amazing hiking trails.
